Course fee is $775. $100 Deposit Required
OUPV Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels (Six Pack)
This class Prepares you to be a licensed Charter Boat Captain and gets you through the USCG Exam. Near Coastal (up to 100 miles off shore), Inland, and Great Lakes in US waters Only with up to six passengers. 56 hours. Cost is $795 (After November 1, 2025 $815). Nonrefundable deposit of $100 is required to enroll.
Course Fee $345
OUPV to Master of 100 Ton Vessels
Must have OUPV license or be enrolled in OUPV course. Allows you to operate inspected passenger vessels on Near Coastal Waters for more than six passengers. 25, 50, or 100 Ton Vessels. 24 hours. Course Fee is $345.
Course Fee: $325
OUPV to 200 Ton Mate
Must be licensed for or be enrolled in the OUPV or Master Course. Must have 180 days on a 67 Ton Vessel. Allows you to work as a Mate on up to a 200 Ton Vessel. 16 hours. Course Fee is $325. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS COURSE IS NO LONGER OFFERED.

Marine Radio Operator Permit Course
The FCC MROP course will get you through the FCC Radio Course and exam to operate VHF and SSB Marine Radio Stations on inspected Fishing and Charter Passenger Vessels. Needed by Masters and Fishing Boat Captains on Tidal Waters with inspected radio stations. Course Fee is $150.
Course Fee is $125. $65 with OUPV course
Assistance Towing Endorsement Course
Must be either licensed OUPV or be enrolled in an OUPV course. This endorses allows an OUPV Captain to charge for giving assistance towing services to other vessels. 5 Hours. Course Fee is $125. $65 if taken with our OUPV Course.
Course Fee $125. $65 with Master Upgrade Course
Auxiliary Sailing Endorsement Course
This endorsement allows Masters to operte Inspected Sailing Passenger Vessels Ton that can have more than 6 passengers. Must be a Master or be enrolled in a 100 Ton Master Upgrade Course. 5 hours. Course Fee $125/$65 if taken with our Master Upgrade Course.
Course Fee $85. $80 if taken with OUPV course
American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Course.
This course certification meets the requirements by the USCG to apply for the OUPV/Master License. Blended with half day skills portion. Course fee is $85. $80 for Captain Students.
Course Fee $70. $65 if you have previously taken one of our
ECSI First Aid/CPR/AED Course. USCG approved.
Full day course or online interactive with skills class. Course fee is $70. $65 for Captain students. The cost is less than the Red cross course and is again being accepted by the USCG. Also offering Healthcare Provider CPR.
